And for free...or for just thumbing through while relaxing at our cafe:

Cedar Falls Park map & brochure - Ed Moorer, a local resident & bird enthusiast, helped create this complimentary guide to the nearby nature park along the Reedy River.  It includes a list of the various feathered friends residing in the park, a map of the trails & features (historical & otherwise), and an interesting summary about this 95 acre gem.  Enhance your enjoyment of this park-for-all-ages by picking up a colorful brochure at The Yum-Yum, the only place where it is available.

Oh Lordy! An historical treasure for our shop! Local author, Elinor Mowbray, has given us this fascinating book about Upstate South Carolinians during the Civil War. It is a compilation of letters and personal accounts from one family's involvement (some of whom might be your ancestors!) during this time of turmoil. It is entertaining as well as informative and you won't want to pass up looking through it while you linger at our mill house café. Heartfelt thanks to Elinor for adding this charm to our little place.
